Do you board animals? Do you stay overnight in our home?
We do not. We focus on pet sitting visits. Our 30 minute or one hour visits throughout the day, that we schedule at our meet and greet with you, allow your pet(s) to be comfortable in their own home and environment. We find pets are much more relaxed in this approach rather than if they were in an unknown environment.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
We do! Jessica graduated from veterinary technician school, so is familiar with all types of animals. Jessica and Jason have had ferrets and other pets over the years, as well as our independent contractors have had a variety of pets as well.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
For our dog walking services, we only walk the dog(s) in your personal household together. While the movies show dog walkers with dozens of dogs at a time, that is a safety risk for us and the pets we care for.
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
When we have our meet and greet with you, in the paperwork to fill out there is a veterinary release form. If there is an emergency while you are gone, after calling you and your emergency contact, that does give us the legal ability to transport your pet to the vet to be examined.
Are you an insured and bonded company?
Yes. We are an incorporation in the state of Illinois, carrying insurance and bonding to protect us and our clients.
